my hands are getting weathered from the sun. hands give away everything. age, neuroses, self-esteem. my hands are soft and firm and move with deliberation. touch with deliberation. my spinning instructor said sweat is a by-product of joy. i had to agree with her. but what is joy a by-product of...this i am still working on.
